Guitarchitecture Indiana Limestone. 15" x 5" x 2".

While carving one day I glanced over at a small narrow piece of limestone and saw in it the possibilities for this simple abstract bassist. When I started the carving I realized my concept was too flat and uninteresting when looked at from the sides, so I angled a few planes, most importantly the neck of the bass. That and the narrow slit of a hole in the middle made it more “three dimensional”. It reminds me of modern architecture.
